Safety Rules

  • Waivers must be completed before entry
  • No shoes in the play area, only socks. Clean socks are required for anyone entering the play area. If you forgot to bring a pair, they can be purchased at the front desk for $3.  We want the play area to stay clean, especially for infants and crawlers.
  • An attending adult must remain on the premises at all times for children under the age of 6 and under
  • Big and Tiny staff reserves the right to refuse admission and request any person not adhering to our safety policies, to leave the facility immediately without refund. No hitting, pushing, throwing or spitting or use of inappropriate language.
  • No food or drinks are allowed in the play area.
  • No outside food or snacks. All food must be consumed in the eating area.
  • We are only allowed to have 75 people total in our facility at one time, due to fire regulations.
  • No gifts, cake or balloons permitted in the facility without a party booking.
  • Accidents happen! If your child soils please notify us right away so we can properly sanitize the area.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • No glass containers
  • No rough play allowed
  • No sick children. Please insure that you and your child are free of illness.
  • No clothing or accessories with Glitter please.
  • No strollers or car seats in the play area.  This gives the kids more space to explore and play.
  • No diaper bags, purses or backpacks on the floor in the play area.  We have provided wall hooks and shelving for personal belongings
  • Parents are responsible for changing diapers and assisting in using the toilet.
  • Parents are responsible for feeding the children.
  • Unless requested otherwise, you agree to allow Big and tiny to use photos and videos taken of your family for archival and publicity purposes.

Enrichment classes rules

  • All classes for 6 month olds to 24 months are with parent or caregiver. All classes for 2 year olds are with parent or caregiver, unless otherwise noted. All classes for 3 to 5 year olds are drop off, unless otherwise noted.
  • Parents or caregivers may attend the first drop-off class with their child.
  • Parents or caregivers are required to stay on the premises for all “drop-off” classes.
  • With the exception of drop-off classes, children must stay within arm’s reach of a parent or caregiver at all times.
  • Please silence your phones during class. If you need to take a call, please step outside the classroom.
  • If your child becomes upset during class, please step outside and return when your child feels better.
  • Please keep conversations to a minimum. Anyone disrupting class may be asked to leave the room.
  • If your child needs you during a drop off class, please be as discreet as possible.
  • For the comfort of all participants in your class, we limit one adult per child. If you would like a visitor to come, please inquire at the front desk.
